Howdy, fellows!
Well. I think all of you have already been quite well welcomed by the other staff members. Please take their nice words as if they were mine, too! Do you like coffee? If so, please serve yourself at that table. There you'll find a bottle with genuine Brasilian coffee...
My name is Valmee Lucena, 57, college teacher (Linguistics, M.A.), retired due to a health problem... but still working on my Ph.D. thesis! Within 10 or 20 years, who knows? ;D I also have taken some short courses in the USA (New York and California).
I have been married to Nancy for 35 years. We love one another since we met, believe me. Our children are Patricia, Michael and Sandra... and also love so much our g-children Brian (8) and Raianny (10)
I live in the beautiful Maceió (900,000 inhabitants), the state capital of Alagoas, Brasil. Our native language is Portuguese - the 6th language more spoken in the world.
As many of yours, I started with simming in 98. But the things really went up in 2000, as I joined Alaskan Winds. João and his company made the difference! It was at that time that I fell in love with flight simulation, and more specifically, with the bush flying. Obrigado para sempre, João! Two years later, BWA was set up. Now, besides BWA, I fly with Alaskan Winds (AW) and Frank Seigler's Aurora Air Service (AAS).
Gentlemen, you may be sure that our mates Milton Chambers and Dan Morand have made it possible that a unique project on multiplayer flights could come true. I have no doubts that VFG will be a perennial success! Let's enjoy it!
My dear Falcons! Let's keep up idealism and friendship!
VFG forever!
